The best illustration of what CirclePad does is manifested in their video to the right. In essence they offer a very simple yet powerful free website creator. By not being bound to templates or layouts, a unique feature of theirs, one can really create any kind of website they so desire. Everything is up for change with a simple drag and drop interface, the ability to re-size pictures and graphical elements quickly and efficiently. CirclePad are all about less being more, it’s not a bad approach but it certainly doesn’t suit everyone.
